The purpose of this brief missive is to provide a review of the performance of realtors Kristen and Greg Holle through my experience… Originally, I called Kristen about 2131 Portwood Way, Ft Worth and she returned my call punctually. Kristen has an easy, but direct business demeanor and provides answers in short order. Kristen also knows how to establish boundaries, which are absolutely necessary in a real estate transaction. Greg is quite affable and were I a teenager, I would probably go to him to extend my curfew. I have heard integrity defined as what one does when nobody’s watching. Kristen and Greg provided outstanding professional counsel throughout the real estate transaction. But what about after? That’s when the integrity of a realtor is truly assessed. Kristen and Greg have become an invaluable resource now that we’re in our new home and they always make themselves available. That’s integrity! I am 68 years old and have been involved in more than my share of real estate transactions. They’re top shelf all the way and will be on the Mount Rushmore of the real estate profession.

I’ll give Kristen & Greg Holle two stars. One for the first two transactions and the rest for lack of communication on the third transaction. I have asked for several weeks to be let out of my contract with them. They are great realtors if you live in The Resort. I would not recommend them outside of that. I have filed a formal complaint with the state board in regards to an “inside” job between two agents one being mine and the buyer of my home being the other. My experience this go round has been unethical and completely misrepresented. I have exhausted all options to deal with this privately and since then been blocked while still under contract. I will proceed with any action necessary.

Kristen was the best realtor I’ve ever used. No lie. She had great communication. She didn’t just ghost me like ones I’ve used before. We own 7 properties and will NEVER use anyone else. Her husband Greg, he’s a cool cat too. Great people and the candle from the closing gift smells great!
